How to create ticket from Manage ticket panel

To create a ticket from manage ticket panel follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Go to the link https://kit19.com/(your_username)/support/AdminDashboard.aspx
  • Click on the Dashboard button
  • Click on the Manage Tickets button

  • Click the New Ticket button

  • Select ticket priority
  • Select ticket type
  • Select requester email
  • Select group or agent
  • Select a group or agent
  • If required select an attachment by clicking the browse button
  • Enter Subject
  • Enter Description
  • Click the Save button

Ticket would be created.
