How to edit a ticket from the raise ticket panel

To edit a ticket from the raise ticket panel follow the steps mentioned below:

• Go to the link https://kit19.com/(your_username)/support/AdminDashboard.aspx
• Click the Dashboard button

• Click the edit icon next to the ticket which has to be edited

• If required add an attachment
• If required change the ticket Priority
• If required change the ticket Status
• Enter the remarks
• Click the Update button

The ticket would be updated
