How to create a lead from the Raise Ticket panel

To create a ticket from the raise ticket panel follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Go to the page https://kit19.com/(your_username)/support/AdminDashboard.aspx
  • Click the Dashboard button

  • Click the ticket button

  • Click the New ticket button

  • Click the + button

  • Enter the Name (Mandatory)
  • Enter Country Code (Mandatory)
  • Enter Mobile1 (Mandatory)
  • Or enter Email 1 (Mandatory)
  • Or eneter Mobile 1 with country code and Email 1
  • Select Source (Mandatory)
  • Click Save the button

  • The lead would be created and would be available under the drop Search Requestor

  • Following fields are Optional:
    • Mobile2 with country code
    • Mobile3 with country code
    • Email 2
    • Email 3
    • Company Name
    • Country
    • State
    • City
    • Pin Code
    • Address
    • Medium
    • Campaign
