To create a ticket from the raise ticket panel follow the steps mentioned below:

- Go to the page https://kit19.com/(your_username)/support/AdminDashboard.aspx
- Click the Dashboard button

- Click the ticket button

- Click the New ticket button

- Click the + button

- Enter the Name (Mandatory)
- Enter Country Code (Mandatory)
- Enter Mobile1 (Mandatory)
- Or enter Email 1 (Mandatory)
- Or eneter Mobile 1 with country code and Email 1
- Select Source (Mandatory)
- Click Save the button

- The lead would be created and would be available under the drop Search Requestor

- Following fields are Optional:
- Mobile2 with country code
- Mobile3 with country code
- Email 2
- Email 3
- Company Name
- Country
- State
- City
- Pin Code
- Address
- Medium
- Campaign
