To create a ticket from manage ticket panel follow the steps mentioned below:

- Go to the link https://kit19.com/(your_username)/support/AdminDashboard.aspx
- Click on the Dashboard button
- Click on the Manage Tickets button

- Click the New Ticket button

- Select ticket priority
- Select ticket type
- Select requester email
- Select group or agent
- Select a group or agent
- If required select an attachment by clicking the browse button
- Enter Subject
- Enter Description
- Click the Save button
Ticket would be created.
