To add lead with the follow up status Converted follow the steps mentioned below:

- Click the name of the enquiry to which the lead has to be added

- Click the Add lead button

- Select the follow up Converted

- Select user (Mandatory)
- Select Conversion Date (Mandatory. Only past dates are allowed)
- Select Conversion Time (Mandatory. Only past time is allowed)
- Enter Amount paid (Optional)
- Select Choose Products (Optional)
- Select Notify SMS (Optional. If you select this option the customer would be notified via SMS)
- Select Notify Email (Optional. If you select this option the customer would be notified via Email)
- Click Save
The enquiry would be converted to lead with the follow up status Converted
