Enquiry How to send SMS?

To send an SMS to an enquiry follow the steps mentioned below:

• Click on the name of the enquiry to which SMS has to be sent

• Click the SMS button

• Select a phone number (Mandatory)
• Select Account (Mandatory)
• Select Sender ID (Mandatory)
• Enter Message (Mandatory) or Select a template (Mandatory)
• If the message is in any other language such as Hindi, Tamil etc. select isunicode (Mandatory)
• Click the button Send SMS

SMS would be sent to the enquiry.
