To add lead with the follow up status Wrong Number follow the steps mentioned below:
- Click the name of the enquiry to which the lead has to be added
- Click the add Lead button
- Select the follow up Wrong Number
- Enter Remarks (Remarks are mandatory)
- Select Notify by SMS (Optional. If you select this option the customer would be notifies via SMS)
- Select Notify by Email (Optional. If you select this option the customer would be notified via Email)
- Click Save
The enquiry would be converted to lead with the follow up status Wrong Number.
