To create a webform follow the steps mentioned below:
- Go to https://kit19.com/AfterLogin.aspx
- Click Web forms
- Click the +button
- Enter a name for the webform
- Click Webform Template & Design button
- According to your goals select a template
- Click on the template
- Click the preview button
- Click the save button
- Click the Save Web Form button
Note: Do not change the code in the pop up.
