To add a Star Rating or Star Rating and Comments to a webform follow the steps mentioned below:
- Go to https://kit19.com/AfterLogin.aspx
- Click Web forms
- Click the +button
- Enter a name for the webform
- Click Webform Template & Design button
- Select a default template
- Or Design your Form button
- Click Star Rating
- Drag Star Rating and Comments
- Or Drag Star Rating
- Drop it on the desired section of the web form
- Click the Preview button
- Click the Save button
- Click the Save Web Form button
Note: Do not change the code on the pop up.
