Following fields are optional for creating an enquiry:
- Basic
- Mobile 2
- Mobile 3
- Email 2
- Email 3 and Profile Image
- Enquiry Details
- Select Medium
- Select Campaign
- Initial Remarks
- Company Details
- Company name
- Country
- State
- City
- Pin Code
- Residential Address
- Official Address
- Custom Fields
To create an enquiry using custom fields along with mandatory fields follow the steps mentioned below:
- Click the add enquiry button
- Fill out the Name field and select Profile Image
- Fill out the mobile 1 field or email1 field or fill out both
- Select a profile image (Note: only .png, .jpg, .bmp and .gif images are allowed and maximum allowed image size is 1MB)
- Select source
- Click the + button next to Mobile 1 field
- And click + button next to Email 1 filed
- Fill out the Mobile 2 filed
- Fill out the Email 2 field
- Click the + button next to Mobile 2 field
- Click the + button next to Email 2 field
- Fill out the Mobile 3 field
- Fill out the Email 3 field
- Click Advance
- Select Medium
- Select Campaign
- Enter Initial Remarks
- Fill out the Company Name (Figure 10)
- Select country
- Select state
- Select city
- Enter the Residential address
- Enter the official address
- Fill out the custom fields (If required)
- Click Save
Note: It is not necessary to fill out all the optional fields.
