To add lead with the follow up status Wrong Number follow the steps mentioned below:

• Click the name of the enquiry to which the lead has to be added

• Click the add Lead button

• Select the follow up Wrong Number

• Enter Remarks (Remarks are mandatory)
• Select Notify by SMS (Optional. If you select this option the customer would be notifies via SMS)
• Select Notify by Email (Optional. If you select this option the customer would be notified via Email)
• Click Save

The enquiry would be converted to lead with the follow up status Wrong Number.
