To create a lead with the follow up status call back follow the steps mentioned below:

- Click the add lead button

- Fill out person name field
- Fill out mobile 1 field or email 1 field or both
- Select the source

- Select the follow up status Call Back

- Select User (User is Mandatory)
- Enter remarks (Remarks are mandatory)
- Select next status date (Next Status date is mandatory. Only today’s date and future dates are allowed)
- Enter time (Time is mandatory. Only today’s future time and any time of future date is allowed)
- Select a product from Choose Products (Optional)
- Select Notify By SMS (Optional. If you select this option the customer would be notified via SMS)
- Select Notify By Email (Optional. If you select this option the customer would be notified via Email)
- Click Save
Lead with the follow up status Call back would be created.
