To add a lead with the follow up status Not-Interested follow the steps mentioned below:
- Click on the name of an enquiry to which the lead has to be added
- Click the Add Lead button
- Select the follow up Not Interested
- Enter Remarks (Remarks are mandatory)
- Select Notify by SMS (Optional. If you select this option the customer would be notifies via SMS)
- Select Notify by Email (Optional. If you select this option the customer would be notified via Email)
- Click Save
After this the enquiry would be converted to a lead with the follow up status Not-Interested.
