To add a lead with the follow up status Call Back follow the steps mentioned below:

- Click on the name of an enquiry to which the lead has to be added

- Click the Add Lead button

- Select the follow up Call-Back

- Select user
- Select Next follow Up Date (Follow Up Date is mandatory and only future dates are allowed)
- Select Follow up Time (Follow Up Time is mandatory and only future time is allowed)

- Enter remarks (Remarks are mandatory)
- Select a product from Choose Products (Optional)
- Select Notify By SMS (Optional. If you select this option the customer would be notified via SMS)
- Select Notify By Email (Optional. If you select this option the customer would be notified via Email)
- Click Save
The enquiry would be converted to lead with the follow up status Call-Back
