How to add lead to an Enquiry?

In order to convert an enquiry to a lead, a lead has to be added to the enquiry. To achieve this objective a follow up has to be added to the enquiry.

One of the following follow ups can be added to an enquiry to convert it to a load:

• Call-Back
• Not-Interested
• Dead-Lead
• Wrong-Number
• Converted

Once this is done the enquiry would be converted to a lead.

Note: Only one follow up can be added to an enquiry.
