Call Summary is nothing but a concept similar to the concept of call logs on a mobile phone. To view the call summary follow the steps mentioned below:

• Go to Page https://kit19.com/AfterLogin.aspx
• Click Cloud Telephony

• Click Call Summary

• Select From Date
• Select To Date
• Select a User
• Click the Search button
