Enquiry Add Lead – Call Back

To add a lead with the follow up status Call Back follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Click on the name of an enquiry to which the lead has to be added

  • Click the Add Lead button

  • Select the follow up Call-Back

  • Select user
  • Select Next follow Up Date (Follow Up Date is mandatory and only future dates are allowed)
  • Select Follow up Time (Follow Up Time is mandatory and only future time is allowed)

  • Enter remarks  (Remarks are mandatory)
  • Select a product from Choose Products (Optional)
  • Select Notify By SMS (Optional. If you select this option the customer would be notified via SMS)
  • Select Notify By Email (Optional. If you select this option the customer would be notified via Email)
  • Click Save

The enquiry would be converted to lead with the follow up status Call-Back
